Znamy wyniki konkursu ofert na wykonanie zadań publicznych

W środę 17 marca poznaliśmy wyniku konkursu ofert na wykonanie zadań publicznych związanych z realizacją zadań samorządu powiatowego w 2021 roku przez organizacje pozarządowe. Do konkursu zgłoszono 63 oferty, jednak 7 z nich nie podlegało ocenie merytorycznej ze względu na błędy formalne. Zarząd Powiatu Toruńskiego postanowił o dofinansowaniu 44 zadań. Zadań zlecanych coraz więcej, wprost proporcjonalnego wzrostu dochodów jednak nie ma. Skąd lokalne samorządy mogą pozyskać środki?
